The pool villa was amazing, excellent size and depth of pool. Staff were superb, Chon and Sam in particular were both great with us and went out there way to help.

The water park is dangerous, or at least some slides, the wide pink and orange one. Both my son and I came away with cuts and bruises, please be careful of the park.

Pool villa was great. Large room with big private swimming pool. Nice and private with high fence and gate. Lots of parking for motorbikes and cars.

Due to being at the end of the off season there was a lot of construction going on. Restaurant and reception areas being redeveloped. The temporary facilities worked ok though it didn’t look like the postcard

Nice rooms, nice staff, good breakfast, good pool, right on top of beach.

Sandflies! Spent less time at beach as we were bitten by sandflies. A little bit isolated and construction work happening, we understand this has to happen at times but we weren’t informed beforehand.

Staff were fantastic.Very attentive and helpful.Great rooms, larger than average and super clean.Very close to the beach and pool. Couldn’t have been happier.

Everything from location to the room and staff are above and beyond expectation. A true paradise! Surprise bonus for the kid - a waterpark inside the resort, what a blast! Hotel spa was great, and also the pool has the best (the cleanest water) we have seen.

We enjoyed everything here from breakfast to dinner (even the pizza didn’t meet the standard - the kitchen staff need to learn how to make the dough right), the resort is a true paradise!

Rooms are clean, minibar items very cheap, stay at the hotel is very cheap for the value provided in return

Very tranquil place. It was nice to lay out on the beach or go for long walks. The pool was awesome complete with a pool bar. The food was good. Huge breakfast buffet included with your stay! I would definitely come here again.

Only thing I would improve are the locks on the room doors. Very hard to figure out and didn’t seem too secure. I believe crime is relatively low though

The location is great. We went and visited a couple of other resort's. We was first thinking of sea view. But trust me, the location and beach at Paradise is amazing. Much better! They keep the beach very clean, even when it is raining and storming. Actually, the whole area at the resort is clean and well taken care of. There are no rocks, which we have had bad luck with before. The cleaning staff is very good and makes sure that the rooms are clean. The food in the restaurang was ok. Not bad, not crazy good either. But at least it seems like they using fresh food. So if you dont want to eat Street food, then you can trust the restaurang. We ate dinner/lunch both at the resort and from the street vendors, both are good. But the food at the resort was of course much more exensive. Less food for a higher price. It was extremly easy to get a taxi from the resort and travel around the Island. Just go out on the Street and you will find directly. I know there was some negative points in this review, but overall, we are happy that we choosed this resort and could stay there again. We just hope that some changes could be done. However, I can highly recomebd this resort.

The breakfast was not good at all. They have several the things, but nothing really good. Feels more like rest-overs. The bacon is like Rubber. If they cannot serve good bacon, then skip it. We actually saw birds flying in and eat food directly from the boxes with food inside. That is not only nasty, but also dangerous. Wifi was extremly bad and if you really need good connection, avoid this place. It is not neither complicated or expensive to put up a good connection, so they just dont care. Beds was very old and you could feel the springs in the back. For the price they charge, they should at least make sure that the beds are okay. Service staff in the restaurang was polite, but have no clue how to behave around guest. They either walk around in the restaurang and talking loud with eachother or the stand in a group and just stare at you while you eating. When you sit and eat, you dont want people stand just a couple of meters away and stare at you, which they do. But they are at least polite. They should be told to lift their feet when the walk. Sounds like zombies walk around in there. TV in the room, yes. But not really any channel to watch, unless you are thai. Even if you are, the quality is very low. We had booked 11 nights and wanted to check out one day earlier. We could not get any refund, which is okay. But we also wanted to book one more bungalow for my wifes parentes for one night. I had the booking.com page opened on my tablet, but the price they gave me at the frontdesk was more exoensive. I asked if I at least could get the same price as I could get if I booked from my tablet that I was holding. But no, they would not give me the same price and that was horrible customer service. But did not want to argure about 200 baht or something like that. But they should of course give me the same price for the bungalow as I could get if I booked from my tablet using booking. com I give that girl a zero on customer service.

The property was superb! Located on the beach just off the main road so easy to get about the island. Can’t wait to view in the high season.

I’m not a smoker but my father is, I can’t believe defending smoking yet the smoking area is poor. My father had to sit behind the toilet block.

Is truly a paradise, really life's up too it's name. Fantastic gardens off eden surroundings with truly breath taking view off the ocean.

It's really hard too find anything wrong with this place. Top resort in Koh Chang!

I have been in this Resort for the second time with my two kids (aged 5 and 7). We have really enjoyed our time in Koh Chang. Again special thanks to the stuff who have all been very helpful, friendly, kind, caring … and who made the stay perfect for us. We definately will come back.

There were a lot of jelly fish in the sea and sand fleas at the beach. But using coconut oil and some herbal cream made it possible to go to the beach...

Been there 3 weeks and will for sure come back. Everything is maintained at the highest standards and the staff is wonderful.

Rooms little small but the bathroom was huge.

This hotel is great value for money big spacious bungalows great restaurant with great food selection staff friendly resort spotless clean great pool looking onto fabulous beach couldn't recommend enough especially for families or couples

Not much maybe location not great

Our visit was during the low season so overall very quiet at the hotel and the surrounding area. Rooms were large and comfortable, beds were good, bathrooms were excellent. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Hotel itself is a bit isolated so not necessarily the best for those looking for lots of nightlife. There were a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the property met our expectations.

The hotel assists guests with motorbike rentals by contacting a local supplier, very helpful. However the motorbike supplied was not in good shape and I had to have it replaced. The mountains roads in Koh Chang could be a challenge for novice riders so having a reliable moto is critical. Perhaps the hotel could ensure their local supplier provides better quality motor. The water had too many jellyfish for our liking, perhaps it was the time of year and nodoubt this would be the same at all resorts on the beach.

Wow...what a beautiful place to stay! We stayed for 4 nights in a pool villa in September. It exceeded our expectations, from the beautifully manicured gardens, friendly staff, yummy buffet breakfast, gorgeous beach!! Highly recommend Paradise Resort! The pool villa was perfect, relaxing by our own pool with cocktails and peace and quiet. Everything you needed was catered for. Our room was made up everyday. Sad to go but definately will be coming back!
